Yona Lobel

Third & Seventh Grade

Yona Lobel is originally from Israel, and graduated from the Seminar Beit Yaakav in Yerushalayim. She got her master’s degree in education in Seminar Efrat in Yerushalayim and has been teaching for over 40 years. She has taught in Kiryat Arbeh in Chevron in Chorav Yerushalayim. Mrs. Lobel taught in Shulamith when she first came to the United States as a Mechanachet for 1st, 6th, and 7th Grade. She then went on to teach in Magen David Yeshiva as a Mechanachet for 3rd, 6th, and 8th Grade while also teaching Navi in the high school division of Magen David. Through her many years of teaching, she has taken a variety of teaching courses such as incorporating technology into her classes, and various psychology courses provided by Yeshiva University and the Board of Jewish Education. She is very excited to be back as a part of the Shulamith family teaching 3rd grade Judaic Studies, in addition to Jewish History in 7th Grade.
